CALENDAR

Most of the township meetings are stated meetings, meaning the dates and times are consistent, with minor exceptions, noted below. These meetings are held at the Township Building located at 60 N Ramona Rd in Myerstown, PA.

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS:

Meetings are on the first and third Mondays of the month at 7:30 PM. The only exceptions to this in 2012 is January 3rd due to the New Year holiday and September 4th, due to the Labor Day holiday.

SEWER AUTHORITY:

Meetings are on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM. There will be no meeting in July due to the 4th of July holiday.

RECREATIONAL AUTHORITY:

Meetings are on the first Tuesday of the month at 8:00 PM.
